Dives into our individual roles in propelling social change. Challenges us to look within ourselves and identify where our beliefs stem from and the privileges we hold.
Beyond 101
This training is intended to go beyond LGBTQ+ 101 material. If needed, we can provide a pre-101 training that covers basic terminology and data that may be useful prior to diving into the beyond-101 material.
Virtual or In-Person
The LGBTQ+ Equity Deep Dive Training can be conducted virtually or in-person. The training is intended to be very interactive including activities, scenarios, and discussion. This training can last anywhere from two to eight hours.
Companion Guide, Resources, & Certificate
Participants will leave the training with a Companion Resource and Reflection Guide. This guide serves as a place for self-reflection and contemplation during and after the training. The guide also provides a list of resources that can be referenced immediately for your clients or participants. Participants can bookmark the training Linktree where they can access more resources, as well as download articles and affirming signage. Participants who complete the training will earn a Certificate of Completion.
Counselor Training
Specific training for mental health counselors
Scenarios and practice opportunities geared specifically for counselors. Includes an in-depth discussion of AFFIRM Youth and Caregiver. This training is four to eight hours long.
Organization Training
Training tailored to your organization
We can tailor trainings for your specific organization. Examples will be tailored to your line of work and issues that may have arisen at your organization. The Equity training can be anywhere from two hours to eight hours.

Short Tailored Trainings
Only have thirty minutes or one hour? Want to know more about a specific topic? We offer shorter, topic-based trainings that are tailored to your needs. Some examples include Basic Terminology, Pronouns, and Coming Out.
