We provide screening, navigation, and direct referrals to virtual or in-person mental health services. Our referral partners are Palo Verde Behavioral Health and Charlie Health. This service is available for youth ages 11+, parents/caregivers, and families. By filling out our contact form a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours of submitting your form to have a conversation about your goals and needs, the project services that would be most appropriate for accomplishing your goals, and how to get involved.
